I like to cook. So I’m often in the kitchen, making food.
Most of my spice containers have a dual flip lid. One side is for shaking, the 
other for spooning. But there’s no indication which side is which when the lid is closed. You have to just take your chances.
It’s a coin toss. The odds are even, a straight-up 50-50 shot that I’ll get it right. Except I swear I get it wrong at least 90 percent of the time. It might actually be higher. I can’t even accurately find the shaker side of the damn oregano on the first try.
This is why I don’t gamble.
